Meghan Anderson, LCSW
Managing Director
Meghan Anderson has been the director of now Adoption Life, since 2021 and has worked in adoptions in various roles for over 15 years. She has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Brigham Young University and a Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University. She thoroughly enjoyed her experiences at both schools. She is motivated to take great care with all members of the adoption constellation and create a more ethical and compassionate adoption experience for all. Meghan enjoys spending time with her family, including her three kids and husband, and chasing them to every kind of sporting event imaginable.
Holli Tandy, SSW
Expectant Parent Coordinator
Holli has worked in the world of adoption for 18 years. She is extremely passionate about adoption and especially helping birth mothers and children in need. Holli was first introduced to the world of international adoption in 2004 when she began working for a non-profit agency that helped many orphaned children in Haiti find forever loving families. She has since worked in domestic adoption, helping both adoptive families and birth parents. Holli has her SSW license in Social Work and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University, focusing on Human Development and Psychology. She currently works with our amazing birth parent team and finds that helping these incredible individuals, by providing guidance and support, is one of her greatest achievements. She is a proud mom herself and enjoys spending any and all free time with her family.
Samantha Gregston, LMSW
Office Manager & MAP Coordinator
Samantha has been interested in adoption since she was 8 years old, and hopes to adopt for herself one day. She graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho in December 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Masters degree in Social Work from Boise State at the end of 2022. Samantha has been with Adoption Life since May 2022. Her experience during this time has included conducting home study assessments, and providing both birth parent and adoptive parent support in a variety of ways. Samantha is a firm believer that love makes a family. She is passionate about bringing families together to create lifelong connections and providing support through the process of hard, bitter sweet, and beautiful experiences that are present in adoption. She loves being able to connect with both birth families and adoptive families, and seeing their relationship grow together with their children. When Samantha has free time, she loves spending time with family and friends. She loves all animals, especially dogs and enjoys reading, cooking, playing games, and meeting new people.
